The Health Psychology Clinic provides telehealth psychological support to individuals, couples and families facing cancer, chronic conditions, and other health-related concerns.

We support people to cope with: 

  • The physical, emotional and social consequences of cancer and other chronic health conditions (e.g. MS, gastro-intestinal conditions, IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain, heart disease, renal disease, dementia, skin conditions, diabetes, etc.)

  • Changes brought about by injury, stroke, and acquired disability

  • Depression and anxiety adjustment difficulties in the context of physical health conditions

  • Fear of recurrence or disease progression

  • Chronic disease management

  • Bothersome symptoms like severe fatigue, sleep problems and chronic pain associated with chronic health conditions

  • The impact of serious illness on children, couples and family relationships

  • Sexuality, body image and intimacy problems brought about by illness or disability

  • Health anxiety

  • Unexplained medical symptoms and functional disorders

  • Death, dying and bereavement

  • Loss and grief

  • Carer issues

Services are offered to clients across Australia via Telehealth.
